Horacio Montes was born in Agua Prieta Sonora Mexico on June 18,1978. Currently living in Tucson, Az.. most of his work is an interpretation of the way he perceives life. "Striving to capture ideas, visions, or dreams and create an image not as the way it would be seen in reality but as the way I feel it should be portrayed."
